Discover how modern mega-projects are moving beyond traditional modeling to achieve "TRUE BIM". In this seminar, experts from MTR and BYME Engineering (Hong Kong) Ltd. (BYME) will share exclusive insights into how the MTR Project is revolutionary combining MiMEP with BIM Models. Attendees will learn how this powerful synergy optimizes project workflows, enhances precision, and successfully brings the vision of "TRUE BIM" to life in real-world applications. Nevertheless, we will dive into the innovation design concept for MiMEP & DfMA - "Completed Like In-situ, Maintained Like In-situ" which balances installation efficiency with long-term operability.
Members will appreciate the innovative “Like In-Situ” support designs enabled component reusability and the maintenance accessibility. Robotic assembly, production-line manufacturing, and BIM-guided robotic drilling would also been introduced. The project demonstrates how BIM, AI, robotics, and sustainable construction principles can be integrated to deliver smart MiMEP solutions in a challenging live railway environment.
