Course Overview
LEED is currently recognized as the most advanced, influential and practical green building certification system in the world. As an institute dedicated to energy engineering and sustainable development, HKAEE has been providing members and the community with industry-related support for the energy professional and has launched a LEED training program to further promote the development of the sustainable building industry. Sustainability will be an important factor in the future of construction, design and operations. Becoming a LEED AP puts individuals at the forefront of this field and allows them to participate in driving the direction of the industry.
Course Objectives
LEED GA and LEED AP O+M certification training course is based on the LEED v4 framework, and provides a comprehensive and in-depth study of the technical aspects and calculation methods of the LEED v4 O+M:EB system. Through the course, trainees will have a deeper understanding of the technical system, and systematically master the implementation strategy of each technical point of LEED v4 O+M:EB certification, and have a deeper understanding of the nature of green building. The training course is designed to enable trainees to independently conduct LEED v4 O+M:EB project operations after 2 days of intensive training, and to better prepare for LEED GA and LEED AP O+M exams by sorting out the green building certification system, thus laying a foundation for the subsequent management of building operations.
