Programme Highlight:
The Integrated Facility Management Control Tower (IFMCT) is Hong Kong’s first AI-powered intelligent facility management platform launched by Hongkong Land. The platform connects over 20 standalone building systems into a single platform - integrating the Building Management System (BMS), AI-driven Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Systems (HVAC), thermal comfort control, energy optimization, and soft services such as cleaning, vendor management, procurement and tenant wellness monitoring.
By leveraging real-time monitoring, advanced AI analytics, and 4D digital twin visualisation, the advanced system enhances operational efficiency and minimizes disruptions, improving reliability and extending asset lifecycles.

CPD attendance certificate (2-hour credit) will be distributed to the participants after the visit by email. The organizer reserves the right to disqualify and terminate those non-properly registered participants to attend the visit.
