Joint Seminar - BIM & MiMEP Approach of MTR Project

The Hong Kong Institution of Engineers Mechanical, Marine, Naval Architecture, and Chemical Division (HKIE-MMNC) and the Hong Kong Electrical Contractors' Association (HKECA) are proud to co-organize an upcoming Seminar with the support of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers Building Services Division (HKIE-BS) that delves into the cutting-edge future of construction technology.

Seminar Highlights
Discover how modern mega-projects are moving beyond traditional modeling to achieve "TRUE BIM". In this seminar, experts from The Mass Transit Railway (MTR) and BYME Engineering (Hong Kong) Ltd. (BYME) will share exclusive insights into how the MTR Project is revolutionary combining Artificial Intelligence (AI) with BIM Models. Attendees will learn how this powerful synergy optimizes project workflows, enhances precision, and successfully brings the vision of "TRUE BIM" to life in real-world applications. Nevertheless, we will dive into the innovation design concept for MiMEP & DfMA - "Completed Like In-situ, Maintained Like In-situ" which balances installation efficiency with long-term operability.

Speakers: Representatives from MTR & BYME
