Traditionally, dimming systems were prevalent in hotel public areas to achieve optimal lighting effects but today's design considerations extend beyond dimming and details will be explored in this seminar. The technical workshop will also focus on the latest trends in Guest Room Management Systems (GRMS), covering guest presence detection, HVAC control, energy dashboard and seamless integration with Project Management Systems (PMS) and in-room APP. Furthermore, a wireless solution for simple retrofitting existing hotel guestrooms will also be introduced.
