Programme Highlight:
The West Kowloon Cultural District (WKCD) is one of the largest cultural projects in the world. Its vision is to create a vibrant cultural quarter for Hong Kong where the local arts scene can interact, develop and collaborate. WKCD is a growing arts with performance and exhibition centres, green open spaces, and a waterfront promenade perfect for enjoying sunset views and evening strolls.

WKCD is an important cultural infrastructure project in Hong Kong including the Art Park and few facilities including M+ and Xiqu Centre, etc. The cooling system of WKCD is served by District Cooling System (DCS), which is the most energy efficient air-conditioning system in the new development. This DCS can provide approximately 26,000 TR of refrigeration cooling capacity generated from over 15 chillers to support about 400,000m2. Besides, MiMEP is an emerging trend in Hong Kong construction projects. This visit will showcase the practical example of Multi-trade Integrated MEP (MiMEP) in WKCD.

CPD attendance certificate will be distributed to the participants after the visit. The organizer reserves the right to disqualify and terminate those non-properly registered participants to attend the visit.

Successful applicants shall be received the confirmation a week before the visit. All participants are required to do the Rapid Antigen Tests (RAT) on the day, before the visit.  You are NOT ALLOWED to join the activity if you are TESTED POSITIVE. Also, you should follow the Declaration System and other measures for COVID-19 treatment and isolation enforced by the HKSAR Government at that time.

The maximum number of participants is 30. The deadline of application is 26 November 2022 (Saturday) and application will be accepted on a first-come-first-served basis. Transfer of the registration is prohibited.

To facilitate the time efficient, registration will be done before the visit so please provide your membership number and name (same as registration name) when joining the visit.
