Programme Highlights:
In this technical visit, the members will be guided to visit the new iconic building in Central. The built form is inspired by the blossoming bud of a Bauhinia and designed by Zaha Hadid Architects. Its unique shapes and volumes are realized by six mega-columns and one side core steel structure. The Henderson aims to provide a new workplace for this era — one that revolves around employees’ health and wellbeing, environmental efforts and smart digital technologies.
Project Features:
Smart Green
The Henderson features with an abundant 3-D landscaping and connecting with the surrounding greenery to shape an urban oasis. Office floor designed with user-controllable indoor climatic environment and advanced air purification. Its curved glass facade blocks UV rays and insulates against heat gain. A three-way ESG partnership program connects landlords and tenants to achieve shared sustainability goals.
Smart Health
The Henderson adopted a number of patented technologies to safeguard the health and safety of the tenants. Local weather stations providing the hints for healthier workstyle together with circadian lighting design that mimics natural light, promoting mental and physical wellness. This design fosters a healthier work environment for all occupants.
Innovation and Future-proof Design
The Henderson adopted project-specific Solar-responsive Ventilators and rooftop walkable photovoltaics to support advancing net zero. The patented Lift Sterilization Pod automatically sanitizes elevators. To tackle the climate change and extreme weather, resilience design happens to the architectural layout, curtain wall system and various E&M installations.

CPD attendance certificate (2-hour credit) will be distributed to the participants after the visit by email. The organizer reserves the right to disqualify and terminate those non-properly registered participants to attend the visit.
